The standard follows the work.

Required insurance and project documents are confirmed for the actual scope before work begins. Depending on the project, this may include commercial general liability, commercial vehicle coverage, equipment coverage, certificates of insurance, bonding or other contract-specific documentation.

Only current, verifiable coverage will be represented to a client. A proposal, certificate or written agreement—not general website language—controls the coverage applicable to a project.

Where Ontario law or a client contract requires WSIB registration or a clearance certificate, the applicable clearance must be verified and kept current for the duration required by the work.

Subcontractors and project partners must provide the documentation required for their role before being assigned to a controlled site.

Personnel may be subject to identity verification, reference checks, qualification review and role-appropriate police record checks before assignment. Screening is matched to the location, client requirements and responsibilities of the position.

Vulnerable-sector checks are requested only for eligible roles involving the required position of trust or authority. A standard criminal record check is not presented as a substitute when a different level of screening is required.
