Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the AssembleNow website. Separate written terms apply to estimates, projects, memberships, applications and contracted work.

1. Website information

The website describes potential services and project capabilities. It is not a universal price list, binding quotation, guarantee of availability or promise that every listed service is appropriate for every product, property or location.

2. Project agreements

No project is accepted until the applicable scope, responsibilities, price, schedule and commercial terms are confirmed in writing. A proposal, work order, purchase order or signed agreement will control if it conflicts with general website information.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate product, site, access, quantity and safety information; identify known hazards and restrictions; obtain permissions within their control; and ensure that supplied products and components are available as agreed.

4. Acceptable use

The website may not be used to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, misrepresent identity or authority, collect information unlawfully, or reproduce and republish AssembleNow's catalogue, imagery, branding or written content without permission.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the AssembleNow name, branding, original imagery, catalogue structure and website content are owned by or licensed to AssembleNow. No ownership right is transferred by viewing or using the website.

6. Third-party products and services

References or links to manufacturers, retailers, software providers or other businesses do not by themselves create an endorsement, partnership or warranty. Third-party purchases and services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Website availability and accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the website available, but content may change and interruptions may occur. Users should verify information that is important to a purchase, tender, project or safety decision.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AssembleNow is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, third-party content or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Project contracts may contain their own governing-law and dispute provisions.

10. Contact and changes

Questions may be submitted through the project request form. These terms may be updated as the website and services develop.
